It’s not that I mind work, I really don’t. In fact most days I even enjoy it. I just think my time is a lot more valuable that what the company I work for is willing to pay. There’s just too much to do in the world. Too much I want to see, too many places I want to go, and too many things I want to experience and work hinders that. FINE, I’ll admit it, it’s not just work that hinders it, MONEY hinders it. Funny how those two things go hand in hand, isn’t it?
So I tell you. I NEED to win the lottery.
Or a job that pays a LOT more money and by a lot, I mean millions. Dream big they say…
Anyway, so I know this update is late but I’ve been sooo busy, and I had yesterday off and I didn’t have any pics taken, and, and, and
Remember my goal last week? That goal was to not wear jeans to work unless it was an actual jeans day! And I must say, so far so good! I’m actually quite comfortable in this little dress, which by the way was a real steal!
Before I go on, I do have a small confession to make. I’ve already fallen off the wagon on watching my spending. I sooo desperately needed something to go with the dress, and I couldn’t find anything, and I really needed a gray sweater! Sooo I spent $29.99 (it was on sale!) at Kohl’s for the sweater. However, keep in mind that the belt came with it.. that alone has to be a $10.00 value, right? RIGHT?
Sigh.
I’ll do better, I promise. In the meantime let’s let bygones be bygones, shall we?
